My Dental

Dr. Mujib Ashrafi is an International Graduate of the Govt. Dental College and Hospital in India which he completed in 1995. Dr. Ashrafi then completed his dental education in 2007 from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. In addition he has received advanced training in Hospital Dentistry and Oral and Maxillo-Facial Radiology. What does all of that mean? Not only is he a highly trained dentist, he’s also a radiologist! Dr. Ashrafi prides himself with integrity when treating patients. Rest assured that your dental work will be completed with honesty and care. If you are his patient, you are also his family. Dr Ashrafi spends his free time with his wife and two young children. You can probably catch them traveling to Galveston or just playing at home in the backyard! Dr Ashrafi’s favorite part of Dentistry is taking care of his patients!

Dr Michael Rassner is a Graduate of The University of Texas Dental Branch. Upon graduation, he opened his private dental practice in 1972 and has since then practiced until 2011 when he finally decided to retire. However after only 2.5 years of retirement, Dr Rassner missed dentistry and decided to get back to what he loved most. We are happy to have Dr Rassner's 40+ years of dental experience added to our Dental Family. Dr Rassner has 2 sons, ages 14 and 17 attending Memorial High School in Houston. Both sons are active in tennis and baseball. In Dr Rassner's spare time, you can find him raising his boys and avidly following Detroit Tiger baseball team.

Dr. Mussadiq Iftikhar, Periodontist, has joined our My Dental team and family. He is proficient in all aspects of periodontology and implant surgery.He received his DDS from University of Illinois at Chicago and was awarded the Frances Best Watkins Award for excellence in a clinical setting. He also completed a 3-year residency in Periodontics at Boston University School of Dental Medicine. During his residency he was involved in many research projects and was the recipient of the Stallard Award for an outstanding masters research project. Dr. Iftikhar is very compassionate towards the needs of his patients and is committed to providing excellent care to his patients. Dr. Iftikhar is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Dr. Iftikhar is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Dr. Iftikhar now resides in Sugar Land with his wife and two daughters.
