Dr. Ronald Goldstein is currently Clinical Professor of Oral Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, Augusta, Georgia, an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Prosthodontics at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, an Adjunct Professor of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas and formerly a Special Lecturer in Esthetic Dentistry at Emory University School of Dentistry, Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Goldstein has presented continuing education courses at more than twenty universities and lectured at over 400 dental meetings in the United States, Canada, Australia, South America, Asia, and throughout Europe. He is a contributor to ten books and author of the book Esthetics in Dentistry, published by BC Decker. He is co-author of other books, including: Bleaching Teeth, Porcelain Laminate Veneers, Porcelain and Composite Inlays and Onlays, and Complete Dental Bleaching, all published by Quintessence Publishing Company. His best-selling consumer book, Change Your Smile, now in its third edition, is also published by Quintessence, and has been read by over 1,000,000 people. The book has been translated into eight languages. Dr. Goldstein served three years as resident dental consultant and produced over 70 consumer-oriented programs on all phases of dentistry for the popular television feature "P.M. Magazine". He has also been featured in numerous dental-related video productions. His film "Anterior Fixed Restoration Esthetic Principles," made for the American Dental Association, was the winner of the 1982 John Muir Medical Film Festival Award for Dentistry. Dr. Goldstein is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, The International College of Dentists, an Honorable Fellow of the Georgia Dental Association, and an honorary member of O.K.U. Scholastic Fraternity. He is also a member of the American Association for Dental Research and The International Association for Dental Research. In 1986, Dr. Goldstein was elected to the National Academies of Practice as a Distinguished Practitioner. In 1992, the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry awarded him the first Charles L. Pincus Award for his contributions to Esthetic Dentistry. The same year, he was awarded the Outstanding Contribution to Cosmetic Dentistry Award from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is co-founder and past-president of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, a past-president of Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, and the fifth District Dental Society in Atlanta, Georgia. He also is a member of The International Academy of Gnathology, and the American Academy of Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics. Dr. Goldstein is married to Judy, and the father of three dentists and one physician. He enjoys photography, travel and fine wine.

Dr David Garber

Dr. David Garber has a dual appointment at the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, in Augusta Georgia, as Clinical Professor in the Department of Periodontics, as well as Clinical Professor in the Department of Oral Rehabilitation. He is also on the faculty of Louisiana State University as Visiting Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics. Dr. Garber graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with post-doctoral training in both Periodontics and fixed Prosthodontics (periodontal prosthetics). Prior to his coming to Atlanta, he was Director of Crown and Bridge, and the Director of the Group Clinical Practice. He lectures extensively on multi-disciplinary approaches to optimizing esthetics. The programs integrate restorative dentistry and periodontic implants in developing total dental-facial harmony. Dr. Garber has presented throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He has practiced in Great Britain, South Africa, and the U.S. Dr. Garber is an active member of numerous dental societies, including the American Academy of Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics, the American Academy of Periodontology, and the American Prosthodontic Society. He is also a board member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He has been named "Fellow of the College" of the International College of Dentists, USA Section. Dr. Garber writes extensively, authoring innumerable articles and contributing to many dental books. He has co-authored texts on esthetic dentistry, including Bleaching Teeth, Porcelain Laminate Veneers, Porcelain and Composite Inlays and Onlays, and Complete Dental Bleaching. Dr. Garber is completing a text himself on integrated therapy in advanced esthetics and the "esthetic implant". He is also co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Garber is married to Barbara, and they have three children: Karen, and twins Jennifer and Michael. He enjoys reading, architecture and great scotch.

Dr Maurice A. Salama

Dr. Maurice A. Salama completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1985, where he received his BS in Biology. Dr. Salama received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he later received his dual specialty certification in Orthodontics and Periodontics, as well as implant training at the Branemark Center at Penn. He was awarded the George Coslet and Richard Chase Scholarships at the University of Pennsylvania during his post-doctoral studies. Dr. Salama is currently on the faculties of the University of Pennsylvania and the Medical College of Georgia as Clinical Assistant Professor of Periodontics. Dr. Salama has completed an ADA accredited hospital-based General Practice Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in New York City. In 1988 he had the opportunity to further broaden his clinical horizons through externships at Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Beth Israel Hospital in New York City. His very unique background includes specialized training in Orthodontics, Periodontal Surgery, and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Salama is an active member in the American Academy of Orthodontics, the American Academy of Periodontics, the Academy of Osseointegration, Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, Thomas P. Hinman Dental Society, Georgia Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He also served as the Dental Expert for Fox (WAGA) TV in Atlanta, Georgia on a weekly basis. The dual nature of his specialty training makes Dr. Salama a frequent author of dental literature, and a sought-after lecturer nationally and internationally. Dr. Salama enjoys basketball, teaching and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Dr Angela Gribble Hedlund

Dr. Angela Gribble Hedlund completed her undergraduate training at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree. She received her DMD from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in Augusta Georgia, and has completed an ADA-accredited program in Advanced General Dentistry at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. She has practiced with Goldstein, Garber & Salama for since 1994. Click here to watch an interview with Dr Gribble! Dr. Gribble has also received extensive training in esthetic dentistry. She has received her certificate in the Postgraduate Program in Esthetic Dentistry from Baylor, as well as completing the Comprehensive Esthetic Restorative Continuum Program at the same institution. During her postgraduate studies at the Medical College of Georgia, she was awarded the Goldstein Esthetic Dentistry Award, presented yearly to a senior student who has shown exceptional interest and talent in the area of esthetic dentistry. Dr. Gribble was also chosen, along with one senior dental student from every school in the country, to attend an advanced restorative seminar at the Clinical Research Associates Center in Provo, Utah. Dr. Gribble is an active contributor to organized dentistry. This began when she served as the first female president of an MCG dental class, and a representative to the American Student Dental Association executive council. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, the Hinman Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry, where she has completed over 1,000 hours of continuing education in dental studies. She has received her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry; this is an honor held by fewer than 2% of dentists in the country. In July 2006 she became one of the youngest women ever to receive Mastership in this Academy. Dr. Gribble has published articles in the Journal of Esthetic Dentistry and the Journal of the American Dental Association. She has served as a contributing editor to the Dental Study Club Journal, which contains reviews from leading clinicians on articles from over seventy-five international dental journals. She also lectures on the subjects of restorative and esthetic dentistry. Dr. Gribble paid for a large portion of her education and received lots of "smile practice" in the Miss America Scholarship programs. She was 2nd runner-up in Miss Augusta in 1991, and 2nd runner-up in Tennessee’s America Junior Miss Pageant in 1985. Dr. Angie Gribble Hedlund enjoys singing, the performing arts, and is a master scuba diver. She is an active member of the Atlanta Women's Medical Alliance.
