Just a routine check but done with extreme professionalism and in a friendly relaxed manner. The day before I had my 6 monthly hygienist appointment which also was also an excellent experience. I’ve been using Dental Concepts for a number of years and have nothing but praise for all who work in the Whitchurch Surgery.

I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.

I have so much confidence in Dr Makhani and his team, I recently had some very difficult dentistry with a tooth extraction and the fitting of a bridge. I was extremely nervous but I couldn’t have been in better hands. Shahid Makhani had a very kind, gentle manner and was extremely professional. I can’t believe that I had no pain or discomfort and felt none of the injections or extraction. Dr Makhani made a wonderful bridge for me which is totally natural looking and comfortable. I would especially like to thank Mrs Makhani who could see I was anxious, she was so very kind and reassuring to me before and during my treatment. He arranged to see me with a difficult extraction by email almost instantly (my own dentist had suggested a maxillofacial surgeon as he was not prepared to do it). The procedure was impeccable. I felt no pain or suggestion that this was without his field of competency. I was surprised when it was over as I was waiting for the tough part. I was hugely impressed. A nice guy as well. He has my total faith. He is motivated to continue to improve (he is sitting a supplementary exam to enhance his qualifications) and would do well anywhere.
