What a nice surgery! I'm a 'heartsink patient.' I attended with a problem I'd had for a while, expecting to be told: "Why didn't you get this done sooner rather than leaving it until the school summer holiday when you might expect the practice to be stretched because key members of staff are on vacation." Instead, I was greeted with a smile, and the problem was dealt with quickly and professionally.
My grandson, who had an upper incisor tooth fractured badly by a clumsy kid with a bat, has previously been well looked after by the surgery. All in all, then, I'm impressed!
