I have been a patient at this centre for some years and now have my third Dentist, namely Marianne and dental nurse Sarah. I have found Marianne's approach to improving my smile refreshing, to say the least. Her detailed assessment identifying the need to have a nightguard, fillings to gum recession, comprehensive cleaning and crown fitting, carried out in a caring considerate way, has made a massive difference to my smile. Value for money from a perfectionist has been totally achieved!

Was referred for extraction. I had it done today. Was feeling nervous but was not as bad as I thought it would be. I felt reassured and the procedure was done in a timely manner.

Today I had my 6 monthly dental check followed by an appt with the hygienist. Everyone here is so friendly and lovely. It’s a great practice, they are interested not only in my teeth and gums, and always ask if there is anything I would like to ask them about, which I think is really nice. My hygienist and dentist are brilliant. It’s a thumbs up from me.

I highly recommend this clinic. I had my front tooth implant done by Dr Munaf Osman. The whole process exceeded my expectations, and the results were amazing, my tooth looks natural and very fast recovery. Affordable price and outstanding service from all the staff who took great care of me throughout the whole process from the first consultation to the final check-up. Special shout out to Monica who was very friendly, and Dr Munaf Osman who did the procedure perfectly without any complications. I am so happy with the results, and I can finally smile again. I would never go anywhere else! Jag, Izzy, and Kerry are the best dental team I have ever come across. I count myself extremely lucky to be their patient. I've been a patient for well over 10 years and have always received the very best treatment possible. Kerry (receptionist) is friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. Izzy (dental nurse) is lovely, caring, and very reassuring. Jag (dentist) is brilliant! Can't think of any other words to describe him. My appointment today was to have a wisdom tooth removed - I was pretty apprehensive but the whole team put me at my ease, explained everything thoroughly and completed the treatment in just a few minutes. I was given excellent after-care advice too. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the team have to wear PPE over and above their normal level of protection. Jag sported a snazzy hood completely covering his head and looked like a very dashing spaceman!

Recently changed to Shepshed Dental Practice and am very pleased with everyone there, you feel so at home when there. Had two appointments in the last two weeks lasting over an hour each time as there is lots of work to do, due to me not attending a dentist for some time since before COVID. But I feel so pleased that my wife and I decided to choose them. They let you see pictures of every tooth before and after the treatment and advise what will need to watch out for if you require the work (no pressure). So extremely happy with our choice. Thank you for your work.
