I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

I've been a patient of Suzanne's for some time now having extensive bridgework and root canal treatment. I've found her professional, diligent and compassionate to deal with. She is very responsive to appointment requests and puts me at ease in the chair. A lovely clinic with the most helpful staff. Unfortunately, I've had bad pain with my teeth recently but Suzanne has been great.

I had a previous unfortunate experience in a different dental practice - not entirely the hygienist's fault, but it meant that I approached last week's appointment with great reluctance. Immediately Tanya put me at ease and I found the whole experience painless and thorough. She took the time to explain all aspects in detail and gave me very useful advice.
