Merton Dental

I’ve been attending Merton Dental for about a year, following the failure of an old filling.

The treatment was thorough, well explained, and any risks of the procedures were highlighted. I had three old (30yrs!) fillings replaced, and a new one on a chipped tooth, all of which are still going strong now.

Before lockdown, I was also attending regular hygienist appointments at the clinic to improve my gum health. Having just been back for a check-up there is a noticeable improvement. Service is always friendly and professional and I feel confident following the team’s advice.

Overall I’m very happy I found Merton Dental and would recommend the clinic to all.

I have to say that when I attended the dentist at Merton Dental the receptionists were friendly and put me at ease. I visited the hygienist who made my teeth look sparkling clean and she gave good advice to ensure that my teeth were kept clean.

I met the dentist Dr. M. Sulieman who agreed a dental plan with me and sent me a copy of the report. This was ideal because you can see the work that he is carrying out is only what you need.
Dr. Sulieman carried out my dental work according to the plan and his dental skills are second to none and are of a top level professional standard. He is also thoughtful caring and thorough and I would certainly recommend him and practice staff to my family and friends.

Booking an appointment was very easy and I did not have to wait at all. The hygienist spent time explaining good oral hygiene practice which is appreciated. However, this took up at least half of the 20-25-minute session. I understand this is because it was the first session and it would be different from the second session onwards. Maybe a write-up on oral hygiene, being directed to your free online videos, and five-minute talk out of a 20/25 minute session would be better.

My treatment was excellent, every step was explained, then carried out. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice, the staff are friendly and efficent.
