About Harris Family Dental Practice

A friendly dedicated team of dentists and assistant staff treat patients at this clinic in Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire. The clinic offers disabled access for patients. Julia was awarded Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BChD) in 1995 from Leeds Dental Institute. She then successfully completed a year of Vocational Training, consisting of guidance from Mr Cottingham (former partner at the practice) and Postgraduate Instruction at Hull Royal Infirmary. Julia has continued at the Practice since being fully qualified. Julia took over the partnership from Mr Cottingham at the practice in 2004. toJulia joined in partnership with Sean in 2012 to create HFDP and continue to provide excellent dental care.

Sean qualified from Leeds University in 2006 and took up Vocational Training in Lincoln. He developed an interest in prevention through behavioural change and periodontics (gum disease) and minimal invasive dentistry. Sean continues to enjoy treating gum disease with great success and providing dentures in difficult situations. Sean was awarded several accolades, including the Restorative Dentistry Prize & Oral Surgery/Tooth Extraction Prize. He was also recognised in Periodontics and Prosthetics.

Anthony qualified in 1976 and immediately worked as a House Officer in the Oral Surgery Department inSt George’s Hospital in London. After this he spent eight years as a General Dentist Practitioner in Newark. In 1984 Mr Hoyle bought the practice along With Mr Cottingham, he retained his partnership in the practice until 2012 when Sean Harris took over the partnership.
