I was given earphones and asked about what kind of music I enjoyed which was then downloaded for me to listen to, this helped me relax and also a big bonus, blocked out all the drill/suction noises. When I was in severe tooth pain, they helped me get a quick appointment and relieve my pain during the last week of the year which was very difficult to accommodate. Nurse Heta and the doctor are very helpful and understanding, they accommodated me in between their busy schedule, even though I reached very late due to minimal availability of transportation during Christmas week. I am very grateful to them that because of them I managed to get my pain fixed and because of that, my Christmas went painless. Came across this dental practice after being recommended by a friend after moving to the area. Being a nervous patient this is the practice to go to. Staff are friendly and also make you feel welcome. The dentist took his time and explained my treatment to me so I knew what to expect when I returned. All I can say is thank you for making me feel at ease even though I'm so nervous. Thanks again guys and I can actually say looking forward to my next check up in six months' time.
