In for a check-up and received the usual excellent service, also had a Hygiene visit. Despite being told that my gum had been checked by a consultant at the dental hospital who had said to ignore the slight inflammation as it was caused by my blood pressure pills, the hygienist took it upon herself to recommend I get my BP pills changed. Sorry, but my doctor is the expert on BP and I will take the medication prescribed, especially after being told it was OK by a consultant. The hygienist should stick to cleaning teeth in this instance, I have been on BP pills for about 8 years, and is being controlled successfully.
Been going to this dentist for over 30 years and all the other staff are very friendly, professional and would recomend to anyone. I know the hygenist is only covering maternity leave so it won't put me off.
Normally I would give 5 stars but on this occasion, I have to knock one off.
