Dental Crowns

We can provide white, all porcelain crowns for broken down teeth. There comes a point where the tooth cannot withstand a filling and a crown is needed. In addition, if a tooth has become weakened due to trauma or a root canal procedure it may also need a crown. A crown is manufactured in the laboratory and is carefully fitted to your tooth after some careful preparation to restore it to normal function.

We recommend replacing old, discoloured fillings with tooth coloured restorations. A filling replaces a broken or decayed part of a tooth. It is bonded, hardened and polished to obtain a restoration that looks like and functions like the real thing. It is less destructive than a traditional amalgam filling, and importantly, much less noticeable!
