As a very nervous patient I always feel that my concerns are listened to by the staff here. Everyone is friendly and takes the time to reassure me. Alex explains everything in detail and makes me feel much more in control and Becca is the same at hygiene appointments. The feeling of control makes my anxiety much less and though no one really likes going to the dentist I feel much more relaxed here than previous clinics I've used. I would recommend this practice to everyone for their professional skills but especially for their great people skills with nervous patients.
