Went to stoke road dental clinic, as my dentist was not what it once was. I felt so welcomed here, also a plan was worked out. With two extractions needed, then a chrome partial denture, which should be a lot better then the immediate I have got, which are not good and alignment way out due to gum shrinkage, which has left me very less confident. But the hope is on the horizon, and new partials will be less bulky and won't need to put on lots adhesive on if any and matches with my gum and lines up with the other teeth. So thank you, Vijay, for giving me back my confidence.

My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. I cannot express how grateful we are to the team at Smile Suite for explaining the treatment so carefully, particularly as my son is very nervous about the work he will be having. Our treatment coordinator, Sam, was incredibly kind and patient when discussing financing options and other aspects of the work involved. My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. Many thanks Neil - you are a Shining Star. I am grateful indeed.

Having had a bad experience at a Liverpool dentist. It was so good to have Ray Chung at the Widnes dental practice to treat me. The staff are very polite and my whole experience was 5 star. Thank you.

On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.
