My lower denture which had been mounted on the bar system had broken and it was decided to make a new denture and mounting system. This proved quite difficult and time-consuming, however throughout this treatment Dr Nick was keeping me informed and mindful of my trepidation. Towards the completion of this treatment Nick spent time over and above what had been allocated to make sure the fit of the denture was perfect, and for that I am very grateful. All in all I felt Forest & Ray are very friendly and professional Dental surgery and in particular Dr Nick.

I came in with a chipped tooth on Tuesday and it was fixed by lunchtime Friday, with friendly helpful staff what more could you ask for. My tooth looks great and I highly recommend.

We went to Avenue Dental Leamington Spa to enquire about 2 dental implants. We are having this treatment done this Wednesday. They were charming, and efficient, explained the procedure, and gave a costing which I thought was an excellent inclusive price in comparison with others. I felt very confident and happy. I would highly recommend them.

Visited hygienist for regular 6 monthly appointment. Lovely clean and modern surroundings. Treatment room was warm and comfortable with relaxing music. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite and explained things clearly. A pleasant experience!

After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I had avoided going to the dentist for over 10 years due to a bad experience I had with another dentist Edvina put me at ease and shown empathy and has been encouraging. I am still anxious but no longer fear going to the dentist which is all due to the care received from Edvina and the rest of the team. My last appointment was to have a tooth extraction of my wisdom tooth. Edvina talked me through the complications I could have with leaving the tooth in and having it out. I like that they give you a ring next day after an extraction to see if everything is ok and that you are not in pain. I always receive a reminder text about my next appointment. I would really recommend CHDC

I reconnected with Fariba Younes after she stopped working in Solihull. I have found her treatment towards patients both caring and professional, always ensuring her work is of the highest quality. Because I am elderly, 80+, and diabetic, it is important to me to keep as many of my own teeth as possible, and Fariba sympathises with that philosophy. Fariba recently built up a broken tooth so as to stabilise a small denture which had lost its anchor. The embarrassment of a loose denture cannot be overstressed and this has been remedied by her expertise and dedication. A price worth paying? When faced with such a problem the cost of treatment is well worth it. After all, expertise like hers should be rewarded. I will recommend Fariba to anyone who asks me for an excellent dental surgeon for treatment from scale and polish to implants. She is the best dentist I have had in 80 years!
