Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. Excellent manners and courtesy, superb 'bedside manner' and careful to explain what is what while progressing through your treatment. Even more importantly for me (as I am a bit of a coward in a dentist's chair) is pain management. I didn't feel a thing even when undergoing lengthy and complex treatment. He even anaesthetises the local area with a spray before applying the primary anaesthetic by injection which is itself then pain-free. First-rate surgery!
Back in August, I was seen by one of the dentists as an emergency appointment from 111, in so much pain with my wisdom tooth. After my dentist kept sending me away with antibiotics, I was still in pain. The dentist at Alder Road Practice explained step by step what he was doing, and straight away took an X-ray and extracted the tooth. I am ever so grateful and would definitely recommend this practice.

Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done.
