At 9am on 30 August I had an appointment and was very apprehensive about what was to come. Thanks to Dr Azizi and Mia, the dental nurse, all went very well for me. Both offered frequent reassurances, were understanding and above all, comforting. I was back home within 40 minutes. Very satisfied that the procedure was complete. Thanks to you both for what was for me a very positive experience.

My appointment was for a consultation with a view to having dental implant work done. My dentist had recommended two local dental practices and this was the second one I visited. Smile seemed to me to be doing the work over a longer timescale which I felt was better in order to allow sufficient time for healing which would in turn give a more viable result.

I had been in pain for a few days, managed to get an emergency appointment with Westcountry Dental. My experience of the dentist has not been the best however this time I found the service I received from Tony and Jess to be excellent. Wow!!. I've been a patient here for well over a decade previously with Kerry who was lovely. Raj and the team are fabulous. I have today seen the hygienist as I do every 6 months. Today I had a new treatment to clean my teeth. A water treatment. I am not good with a sonic treatment [ that is an understatement] however the water cleaning was AWESOME. I wasn't even sure it had started. Gentle. Quiet. Warm like a gentle bath for your teeth. Would highly recommend. Really it was really relaxing!! Thank you Rock team
