Subsequently studied for a Masters Degree in Advanced Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute achieving a distinction. He was then appointed as the RAF Specialist in Restorative Dentistry at the Institute of Dental Health & Training, where he provided restorative treatment and run training courses for both service and civilian dentists. Neil owned his own private practice which he has now sold.
