I had such a fantastic experience at Apple Dental in Newry. Joanne was absolutely brilliant from start to finish while doing my filling. I’ve had reason to visit Yew Tree Dental Practice many times over the last number of years and for various treatments (crowns, fillings, extractions and dentures). As a “terrified” patient, it’s an experience I would normally dread but on each occasion, I have left the appointment in awe of how reasonably calm I’ve been and how much at ease I’ve been made thanks to the reassuring and caring way I’ve been dealt with, not to mention the wonderful dental treatment I’ve had. In particular, I’ve been lucky enough to have been under Michelle’s care. It’s not everyday you come across a professional who is outstanding in every aspect, i.e. excellent at their job, truly caring in their approach, efficient yet calm and understanding and certainly not out to rip you off. The nursing and administrative staff are equally excellent. I cannot rate the practice highly enough and I would certainly highly recommend their service as truly 5*.
