My treatment at Carisbrooke was over a period of 2 1/2 years and throughout this treatment, I have nothing but praise for all the staff. When I was told by my own dentist I would need an implant, I was quite nervous and chose to have my treatment at Carisbrooke. After reading about the practice online and after a consultation explaining what my treatment involved, I felt very at ease. I am extremely nervous of the dentist, I stopped going for a few years when my wisdom tooth broke, through fear of treatment. I found Woodcock dental practice online and chose to finally pluck up the courage to make an appointment. I needed a few fillings, a clean and an extraction! I chose to have all the work done whilst under iv sedation and it was wonderful! I have no memory of the work that was done, no pain during and no pain afterwards. I now feel comfortable visiting the dentist and would choose the sedation again if I felt it necessary. I am no longer having nightmares about my teeth. St. Michaels was the easiest clinic to get to by bus, so I had my filling and dental examination done here. I thought I might have to pay, but the NHS covered everything. It was great value for money. I thought the clinic was really nice. In total, I had two appointments and I’m going to go back every six months now for check-ups. The team was very polite, but always professional.

We have a thorough understanding of the treatment that my son will receive and we are very relaxed and confident that it will be a success. The lady who took us through the first photography stage was excellent too. I would totally recommend it.
