I had to finally get my teeth sorted. Due to a history of bad dentists and me not feeling happy with the overall appearance of my teeth. I went to Pallant Orthodontics for a consultation, as well as a couple of others and chose Pallant for my treatment. I chose them because they made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability to deliver what I wanted. Also, they fully understood any concerns I had and appreciated all the questions I asked. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel the level of service I received fully justified the cost and it was in line with other orthodontic practices. The staff are friendly and helpful. No question is too silly, they take the time to explain the process and discuss any concerns you may have. The facilities are in Chichester are extremely well maintained and welcoming, as are the reception staff. The care throughout my treatment has been first rate. Alastair, (the founder of the practice), has a fantastic patient rapport, which makes you feel at ease and never under pressure. Each question and decision made through my treatment was discussed. I felt very much included and empowered with the process. Nicky the treatment coordinator, who we met first, was extremely helpful, understanding and took time to explain all the processes involved with the treatment plan. We felt she was open and honest regarding all aspects of the procedure. We did not feel pressured into saying yes, or making a decision there and then. We were able to go away to reflect and discuss in private all areas of the treatment plan, as this is such a big commitment, financially and emotionally. The practice is very modern, clean, contemporary. It's extremely professional and so are all the staff.

Daniel and his staff are amazing. They made me feel welcome and are really understanding/supportive. I had awful teeth and was really anxious. Thanks to Daniel and his team I now have the perfect smile. He puts a lot of effort into his patients and the dental work. I would highly recommend Bury Dental Centre.

Recently had ortho treatment carried out by Dr Daryl. Couldn't be happier with mu results. Daryl and the team were amazing at explaining everything through the process. Couldn't recommend enough.

I have just had my final appointment for my tooth implant by Dr. Amit Duggal and his assistant Courtney. Nobody particularly enjoys the whole dental experience, but I have to say that both were great along with the whole process and such a friendly service. Everything was explained fully, patiently and great care was given throughout. I would highly recommend Dr. Duggal and Courtney, and I have already recommended some people who need implants. I am so pleased with the result that I wouldn't mind more implants now as and when required. Thank you both for the fantastic service provided.

My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. I cannot express how grateful we are to the team at Smile Suite for explaining the treatment so carefully, particularly as my son is very nervous about the work he will be having. Dr Saini spent a great deal of time walking through each aspect of treatment and answering questions. Our treatment coordinator, Sam, was incredibly kind and patient when discussing financing options and other aspects of the work involved. She has made sure we're in full communication throughout the process and shown the utmost professionalism and care when dealing with us.
