After qualifying from the University of Birmingham in 2002, Amit spent three years working in general practice in London. Escaping the grime and congestion, he moved to the more picturesque climbs of the North West where he completed an MSc in Prosthodontics at the University Dental Hospital of Manchester, passing with Distinction.
His particular interests lie in complex dentures, crown & bridge, veneers and tooth wear. In addition, after receiving intensive training at the Liverpool Dental Hospital, Amit has built an excellent reputation for providing sedation for anxious patients.
He continues to update his skills and knowledge by regular attending specialist courses and is currently undertaking training in Dental Implantology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in London.
Amit is highly motivated, personable individual with a strong work ethic. He prides himself on his excellent technical and artistic skills, a continually improving level of clinical and academic knowledge, and the ability to tailor these facets to deliver the highest level of care appropriate to every patient.
He and his family are now happily settled and in Cambridge and in his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit, playing bass guitar, volunteering his skills to Tanzanian dental charity Bridge2Aid and spending time with his son.
