I am happy with the outcome

5 50 Dentist Consultation

I moved to Cambridge for work and was sceptical about changing dentist from my usual one back home. I decided against travelling and a friend from work mentioned this practice, so I registered here.

My first appointment was an Private check up, which was a lot more thorough than those I had previously had. The dentist was welcoming and explained what they were doing. During the brief after the appointment a hygienist appointment was recommended, and I figured I should follow this up and booked an appointment.

I'd never been to a hygienist before and didn't know what to expect but the appointment was fine, and again very welcoming. I got ample advice and felt comfortable asking questions after the appointment. Again, I was advised to have further treatment - which as before I thought best to follow up.

I booked a further two appointments, I've just got home from my second one. Both were closed with briefs from the hygienist who was open to questions.

Being comfortable in the chair was a huge thing for me when deciding to register, as I imagine it is with a lot of people when changing practice. Fortunately this was a very friendly practice to register to. The staff are transparent with what is going on, and ask frequently through the appointments if you are okay. It can be expensive if you take the extra recommended treatments, but this is obviously the patients choice. I decided it was for the best and do not regret the decision. The prices also seem reasonable when compared to other dentists in the area, and honestly if a recommendation is made, I think it is worth considering it.

I'm not normally one to write reviews on websites but feel I should if it will help anyone in the same situation that I was. If you are new to Cambridge and anxious about registering to dentist in the city, this place is recommended.
All four appointments were as close to a pleasant experience you are going to get from visiting a dentist/hygienist. The feedback on my oral health has improved through the course of my appointments and I am happy with the outcome

Crown looks extremely natural

5 50 Bone Graft, Dental Implants, Dental Crowns • Paid: £570

I recently had my front incisor corrected and fitted with a new crown. Dr Ghalekhany was amazing. He has restored my confidence with a crown that looks extremely natural, and has a very comfortable fit.

Cannot praise highly enough the service I have received from Regent St Dental Practice.
My case was a complicated and expensive one involving bone grafts, implants etc. but throughout the long course of treatment their professionalism, sound advice and friendliness was outstanding.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Makes all the effort with their patients

5 50 Dentist Consultation

Very impressed, friendly, no hard sell on private treatment, all staff are very friendly.
Although dentist is not place one looks forward to visit but very members of the practice make all the effect for their patients.

Went to this dentist as they are far closer to where I work than my current dentist and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of care and attention. While they do offer private treatments, they were happy to continue with a complicated treatment under NHS payment and took a long time with me setting right what my previous dentist had missed in the last few years of perfunctory cleanings and checkups.

Every treatment I have had has been excellent.

5 50 Dental Bridges

Thank you

Every treatment I have had has been excellent. From a normal check up through to my recent cosmetic treatment (to even-up my smile), the dentist has been excellent! The dentist is always very clear & friendly & keeps track on my ongoing treatment.

I recently asked if there was anything they could do to even-up my smile (having a baby tooth at the front of my mouth) and I was given 5 options in different price ranges, but the recommendation was actually for the cheapest option! I love my 'new' tooth and now feel so much more confident, plus people keep commenting on my smile!

There's a really personal service from everyone at the surgery. Even though it's a central Cambridge surgery, it feels like going to a local surgery where they have known me for years & know what I need!
