The clinic welcomes Private, NHS and Denplan patients from Bristol. The clinic is operated by Dental Surgeon Dr. Hamidi. Emergency services are offered to patients after hours and on weekends. The clinic is a full service dental clinic and offers cosmetic dentistry, preventive dentistry, restorative dentistry, paediatric dentistry and root canal treatments. Crowns, bridges and dentures are fitted and treatment of gum disease and oral hygienist treatments are given to patients. Orthodontic treatments and missing teeth treatments are undertaken at the clinic.

It is run by Elliott Ballantyne who has carefully selected a team of expert clinicians to assist him in providing world class dental implants. The clinic is also a teaching centre for other dentists to learn about dental implants with the help of courses, publications, lectures and video materials. The clinic focuses primarily on Dental implant and is recognised as the Centre of Excellence for Dental implants.
