Onur Hiraca is a Turkish industrialist and entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of NexWell (Nexwell Global Solutions), a medical tourism coordination platform connecting international patients with vetted partner clinics in Turkey. His professional background spans manufacturing, healthcare, finance and digital marketing, giving him a multidisciplinary approach to building and developing businesses.

Hiraca began his entrepreneurial career in manufacturing as the founder of Transpet Kimya A.Ş., which he led from 2013 to 2015. The company was among the first AdBlue producers in Turkey before he later sold the business. He subsequently established and led ventures including Silyon A.Ş. and ADA Portfolio Management, while developing specialist expertise in financial derivatives markets.

His experience in healthcare tourism includes serving as Foreign Sales Manager at Bergedent, an Istanbul-based clinic specialising in aesthetic dentistry and implantology. Combining his healthcare-sector experience with his knowledge of international sales and digital marketing, Hiraca has helped drive NexWell's development across markets including Dubai, Istanbul and Montenegro.

Through NexWell, Hiraca focuses on creating a more structured and coordinated experience for international patients seeking treatment in Turkey. His vision is to connect patients with suitable partner clinics and transform what can be a fragmented and inconsistent treatment-search process into a clearer, more personalised treatment journey.

Hiraca holds a B.B.A. in Economics from Akdeniz University and continues to lead NexWell's overall vision, strategy and growth, while expanding its international reach and network of partner healthcare providers.

Sevda Civelek is a Board Member and Business Development Director at NexWell, with more than 22 years of experience across healthcare, health insurance, marketing, sales and medical tourism. She graduated from Istanbul University's Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing and holds an MBA from Beykent University.

Throughout her career, Civelek has held management roles with international insurance companies and worked closely with hospitals, clinics and dental clinics, alongside hands-on experience in healthcare and medical tourism. She also serves as the Regional Office for Türkiye at Temos International, a global healthcare-accreditation organisation.

At NexWell, she leads business development and partnership strategy, helping expand the company's network of vetted clinics and strengthen the coordination of treatment pathways for international patients travelling to Turkey.
