I didn’t choose him based on a recommendation; it was a completely random decision, and I’m really glad I did. He quickly found a solution and relieved my pain with a root canal treatment. He is extremely friendly, sincere, and natural in his approach. He also helped ease my long-standing fear of dental treatment, at least to some extent. He worked long evenings checking fit and appearance down to the smallest detail, refusing to rush a case that had already been botched once. The result: My teeth are now genuinely beautiful — more natural and better suited to my face than they’ve ever looked, even before the original damage. But more importantly, they are functional. I can floss properly. My gums are healthy. The bite feels right. For the first time in three years, I’m not worried about what’s happening beneath the surface. Dr. Gündüz is a true professional — skilled, meticulous, and also simply a warm, likeable person who clearly cares more about getting things right for the patient than about turning a quick profit. In a market full of clinics promising an instant “Hollywood smile,” he was the safe, honest choice — someone who takes the time to fix what others got wrong, not just make it look fixed. I cannot recommend him and Citydent highly enough — especially to anyone who has been let down by cosmetic dental work elsewhere and needs it done properly this time.
