I had a hair transplant at Natural Clinic in Istanbul one year ago. Before the procedure, I was shown several before-and-after photos and was advised that, because I still had hair and was mainly experiencing thinning rather than complete hair loss, I could expect a full and natural-looking result.
Immediately after the procedure, I was concerned that the number of grafts transplanted seemed lower than I had expected. When I raised this with the clinic, I was reassured that the number of grafts was sufficient and that I should achieve the expected outcome.
Over the following months, I sent photographs to show my progress. After long delays, I was repeatedly advised that it was still too early to assess the final result and that I should wait longer. Now, one year after the procedure, I have sent additional photos and videos, but I have not received any response. Although my messages have been read, I have not received any further communication regarding my concerns.
I am very disappointed with both the final result and the level of aftercare I received. The communication has been poor, and I do not feel the outcome matched the expectations discussed before my treatment.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
