We came in Perla from Canada, three of us- me, my spouse and my daughter. It was time when we decided to make Hollywood smile. My daughter and I didn’t have problems with teeth. We were wondering if it was done in two visits during a week. We could see friendly and professional staff. All staff under Onur's leadership have been working with maximum attention to clients and focused on great results. We could see excellent treatment and modern equipment. In my spouse's case, she was appointed for a few stages of treatment due to problems with pockets and periodontitis. She had to come into Perla three times, but all problems had been solved, and as a result, she was happy and enjoyed a perfect smile. During the entire treatment, she was under close supervision from Onur and all staff. We are glad that we chose the right professional clinic. We wish Onur and Perla success and prosperity at all times.

Firstly, it was a tough, hard process to go through the work that needed to be done. The final product really looks excellent. And so many people compliment how good the teeth look. And they smile at you, which is a great thing in these days of division.

After two months, I can confirm that having a brand new mouth, it does take time to get used to operating it. Not just by eating, but also by speaking and pronouncing some words.

However, as I looked at the before and after pictures, I am glad I undertook such a task.

After looking into implant surgery in Mexico, Costa Rica and Turkey, I narrowed it down to Perla located in Antalya. I spoke to dozens of Coordinators from all over the world and I can honestly say that my choice was due to the prompt, efficient and informative service I received even before arriving in Turkey. My Coordinator was incredibly accommodating, always got back to me, and built a rapport with me where I felt I could put all of my trust into Perla for my treatment. As a US citizen and nurse, I was skeptical, at first, to go to another country for my dental work, but am so grateful I did.
Everything from the drivers who provided the transportation from the airport and to and from the clinic, the in-person consultation, the treatment plan and the communication were second to none and my Coordinator was there through it all.
I had a total dental makeover which included 14 extractions and 12 implants just a month ago and will be returning for my permanent teeth, a total of 24 zirconium crowns, in just a few months.
My surgery took about 5 hours and they do offer sedation or general anesthesia. I opted for sedation as I have severe dental phobia. They called in a nurse anesthetist for the following day after my initial in-person consultation who made me feel completely as ease and I remember nothing about the surgery.
The cost was about $10,500, significantly less than the $80,000 I was quoted here in the US. The cost also included hotel accommodations for both trips and all transportation. Additionally, Perla only required partial payment upon my first appointment, in person, and the remainder upon completion when I return. Whereas, most clinics wanted payment before I even boarded the plane.
My Coordinator made all of the arrangements for airport pick up and hotel accommodations for my aunt and I who was coming with me for support and was available at all times throughout my stay.
They allowed my aunt to be in the room with me until I was asleep and then invited her to their incredible staff lunch while my surgery was being performed...just simply amazing.
The surgeon chose to give me fixed temporary teeth while in the healing stage for the next few months. The picture shows my temporaries fixed to 4 of the 7 top implants and 2 of the bottom 5 implants. The spaces shown in the after picture will have teeth once I return for the permanent.
I give Perla a 5 out 5 for giving me a smile I am so incredibly proud to have with even just my temporary teeth and recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, safe and exceptional dental care.

Well, where do I start? From start to finish my whole experience has been astonishing! I messaged Perla Dental on Instagram firstly after checking out a lot of clinics in Turkey. I was a little sceptical about going for dental treatment abroad, but they definitely put my mind at ease straight away. I visited the clinic a few months after booking my treatment. I was picked up from the airport and taken to my hotel, which the clinic provided, and I must say it was lovely! On the day I was in the clinic, I was picked up again and chauffeured back and forth, which was really comforting and reassuring. I had a full set of veneers, and oh my god, what a smile I have now! I was so unhappy with my teeth before, so this was life-changing for me. The prices in England are so unrealistic, and I never thought I’d be in a position to do this! I want to thank every single one of you at Perla Dental for making this happen. I smile every day with confidence, and I couldn't recommend you enough!

My experience at Perla took place between October 2023 and April 2024. The short story - I walked in with 1000 problems and walked out with a full set of teeth and a smile I no longer needed to be ashamed of. One of the best decisions I have ever made. I waited a month from completition before writing and posting.

We chose Perla Dental Centre after a long process of checking reviews and seeking advice. My wife went first and will write her own review but I was a far more serious case. All my life I have suffered with dental health and structural problems around my gums, teeth and jaw. Back in the 1970s I was in the hands of prehistoric dentistry - and they got almost everything wrong. It gave me a fear of dentists and with an additional low pain threshold, I am a difficult patient for dentists to deal with.

Over the years my teeth fell apart. At one stage I went 15+ years without seeing a dentist. By the time I reached my 40s I had two partials - top and bottom - and when I hit my 50s the teeth the partials were resting on had begun to collapse.

I would go to dentists in the UK and they would tell me I would soon need dentures. They didn't even bother offering me implants because the process was so expensive. I wanted to know because I did not want cheap dentures and having received 3 quotes I knew it was approximately £30,000. No way could I afford that.

This led me to looking at Turkey as my way to a healthy mouth. So glad I did. The total journey from my first appointment to the final check up took six months and one day.

The key surgery (extractions, 13 implants, sinus lift and bone graft) took place on a single day. It was performed by Onur Ademhan. Prior to surgery he warned me that because of loss of bone, and other structural problems he may need to fix me over two surgeries - but in the end his skillful hands managed to avoid that and he got it done in one.

The extraction process and implant placement took place in a day. It wasn't pleasant - I had about 14 extractions and 13 implants - so I am not going to pretend it was comfortable. But it was handled with care, professionalism and a lot of after care. There were no problems.

It is important to mention the 'after care'. From start to finish I felt like I was being looked after like family. You are put in the hands of what I suppose is a personal case manager. Mine was Thomas. He was incredible. He arranges everything about your care - from the airport pick up to the airport drop off. Appointments/ taxi to the clinic from the hotel / making sure you have the medication you need/ answering any questions. five star service all the way.

Perla did offer me temporary teeth for the six month interval, but again, because of my own issues with dentists and gagging when foreign objects are placed in my mouth I chose to be without.

The six month interval was not as bad as feared. After the first two weeks as the wounds healed, I was eating pretty well. I gained rather than lost weight (which is quite funny). You cannot eat foods that need proper chewing - but as I got used to the situation - I was pretty comfortable eating a range of foods.

In addition - for the first time in decades, I had no infections, no pain, and no disease. My mouth was not just healing - and it may have been toothless, but it was healthy again.

Six months almost to the day, I returned. They took a panoramic X-ray - and let me know the implants had all taken well.

Upon my return I needed more prep work. They need to place healing caps on top of the implants. Then the measurement and testing begins. All of this was carried out by Dr Tahsin Dayaniclier. Again - the professionalism was first class. I went in several times as they prepared the final teeth for me.

There was always advice and consultation throughout the process. The colour of the teeth, the shape, the size - all the time I was given advice from professionals. Never did I feel coerced or directed. They wanted to listen - but they also wanted to share their expertise.


These guys wanted perfection. There was one unexpected visit - because they decided my gums needed cutting back. So I was handed to a gum / laser technician for additional work. It took an hour - and the injections meant I could not feel a thing. This was done because they are constantly trying to get the best result they can. And they don't cut corners.

They even apologised to me in advance because they felt they may not be able to give me the perfect 100% straight jawline and smile. They knew my Jaw and bite was badly messed up - and they said they would do their best to make it look as good as they could. It was so unneccessary - they were clearly working to the highest professional standard and cannot be faulted. The result looks pefect to any normal person in the street. It just shows the high standards they set for themselves that it wasn't perfect enough for them.


That second visit to Turkey lasted a week and a bit. I extended my stay for a few days (my choice) to give my mouth additional time between visits to heal. I think there were five visits to the clinic in total - including the final 'all okay' check up before I went home. Half way through that week they gave me temporary trial teeth to use. This was the first time in 6 months I had been able to chew. I could feel from what they had given me the fitting was right.

Then finally there was a trial fitting. The look was great. And the following day I turned up to have them placed permanetly. The top was all one section, the bottom was split into two. I had teeth again.

A couple of days later I flew home. It took a little while to get used to my new mouth (new mouth - new rules). But having had the teeth now for a month, I can honestly say I could not be happier. I have NEVER had a smile like this. And it is DECADES since I have been able to eat without pain, discomfort or food getting stuck in holes.


I have never experienced such a clean full bite before. Sure the sensation is different because I no longer have any natural teeth to feel with - but even so, the deal is worth it. They also say you lose some strength in your bite - but I think that is deceiving. It is decades since I had a proper, strong bite - so the teeth I have now are far stronger and the bite more powerful than anything I have had for ages.

It isn't just about the way it looks. I can eat anything with no discomfort. My mouth is healthy. It is a pleasure to eat again.

All thanks to Perla. Thoroughly recommended without hesistation. And a special thank you to Thomas - I know I must have been tough - but he never faltered....

I had the best experience with a Perla dental starting day 1. All the employees are very accommodating and very respectful. The dentist's are excellent in their job. I have the best result, I am able to smile and show my teeth with confidence now.

From the very first WhatsApp communication with Thomas at Perla I felt very comfortable and confident about using this clinic. Thomas is a fantastic communicator and answers all questions with total clarity on WhatsApp and organised airport pick up via VIP transfer and then all other transfers from the hotel to the clinic.

The clinic itself is incredible and is obviously fully equipped with the latest technology and the cleanliness in the whole practice is first class.

The thing that stood out most was the staff at Perla. They were all amazing and I have never experienced customer service and care like it anywhere in the UK from any industry. It truly is a level above and 5 star rating does not do them justice. My treatment was extensive and I was treated by various different doctors as they have specialists for each different procedure and the doctors are constantly communicating with each other to ensure each task is performed to the highest level.

I had 7 implants, 2 extractions, 4 root canal treatments, gum treatment, bone treatment, 21 zirconium crowns (7 to follow in December) and each of the nurses were fantastic. The different doctors were exceptional and of course Thomas is there all the time reassuring answering questions and generally taking care of me.

This treatment (first visit) was completed in the space of 7 days and I am extremely happy I chose Perla. The 7 implants need time to heal and I will return in December to have these crowned. I am still in communication with Thomas and he is organising myself and my wife’s hotel stay for the second visit which is included in the overall price.

I am delighted I chose Perla and highly recommend them due to the fantastic staff at the clinic. The whole team at Perla are amazing and they obviously place high importance on customer care from the helpful drivers, reception staff, admin staff, kind nurses, amazing doctors and of course the fantastic Thomas who puts it all together.

Hello, my name is Janice and I’m from England, UK. I picked this clinic because my friend called Karen told me about the place. After some research, I saw a lot of good reviews from other people who have been here, and that’s when I decided I would pick this clinic.

Before I went to a place in South Antalya for my top row of teeth, they were good but I wanted something different for my bottom row.

When I arrived, I was shocked at how many staff were here with lots of different language knowledge, for example, English, Russian, Polish and loads more, very different from the last place I went to. All the staff were very friendly. I was very nervous when I arrived because I am terrified of needles, but I was reassured by the staff. I was really happy here and felt positive.

On the first and second day I was nervous about the bottom row of teeth, but they reassured me that it would be repaired and not to worry. When they finished the bottom row yesterday, they look so much different than before. Before I didn’t feel very confident with my teeth but now, I feel much more confident, clean, fresh and perfect.

Just a little bit about all of the staff here at Perla, they were all amazing, so friendly, they looked after me so well. Everything was included, hotel, transfers back and forth.

Just got home to England after having dental treatment at Perla dental and I’ve got to say I am absolutely over the moon with the treatment I have received I never imagined my teeth would be so perfect.

Needed to get some dental work done which was going to be very costly at home. We were due to have a holiday in Turkey coincidentally so had heard good things about their dentists. Did a little bit or research on line and found Orhan and the team at PERLA . Right from the word go he was helpful and friendly without being pushy. He went thru the process throughly with recommendations after consulting with their head dentist.. Obviously one can not know exactly what is needed from photos or X-rays but his advice was spot on. And such a smooth process from pick up at airport, accomodation and dental work, to being returned to the airport at the end at a very good price. You don’t need to look any further.
