Herman Jay. I have been through hell due to incompetent "dentists" overcharging, poor techniques and a conveyor belt of patients.
Herman was a literal lifesaver, calm, friendly, as if I were his only patient.
You have to meet him and his staff to really appreciate his professionalism.
He is unique. I am not prone to praise, especially when I am paying for services, but when I receive a service beyond what I expected, well, WOW

WOW, Dr Jay personally answered my call when i phoned in over festive period looking for a dentist for some relief. He was busy with an emergency procedure but told me to come on through and he will assist.

Not even a month later and a tooth that's given me endless problems and i was referred for surgical removement previously has been removed, painlessly i might add. I have had a root canal and the most functional and beautiful bridge was made and fitted for me. The man's a cross between an artist and a master but oh so humble and reassuring every step of the way.

I am beyond pleased with my outcome, the timeframe, the advice and explanations as well as the overall service.

I had numerous procedures done. I thought I will not be able to chew. In only 2 afternoons the doctor did my whole upper jaw with bridges, crowns, laser and pulled a tooth. Extracted left behind bone from previous procedures. Amazing, same day brand new teeth. The technology was mind-blowing. I was stunned for days.

From the receptionist, chair assistant and mouth hygienist just the best welcoming assistance and advice. All very friendly and helpful. They aim to assist and don't "bark".

Dr. Jay is extremely professional and friendly, explain all the procedures patiently with the utmost love and respect for his profession.
