I have never known a more efficient, professional dental surgery in the whole of my 72 years. Wonderful treatment and everyone is extremely friendly. I didn't believe dental work could be pain free, but this dental clinic certainly takes care to show that it is. I have always had a fear of the dentist, but no more. I had a full upper set of implants and I am over the moon with the work. Thank you.

Had endoscopy. Staff were excellent throughout the whole process, explaining every step. My only criticism is I was given incorrect information about the cost of the procedure. I was told it was 190€ but was charged 245€. I was told later the difference was the cost if the anaesthetic.

I've been going to Dr Tony Bettencourt for many years now ...I couldn't recommend him enough. His reassuring way of leaving a dental appointment as relaxing as possible. Don't hesitate to make an appointment.

Unfortunately, I arrived at Portimão with a bad toothache. Then I went to Smile up for a visit and found out how lucky I was. Dr. Martins visited me and told me how to proceed with the care of the tooth. I never expected so much gentleness, availability and humanity for an unimaginable price. I saw DR John McKean, believing I needed 3 dental implants (as advised by a UK dentist) I was pleasantly surprised when Dr John gave me a completely different option that not only resulted in my not needing any teeth removal or implants but also did not require any injections or surgery whatsoever! Having saved a huge sum of money and personal apprehension, I cannot thank DR John McKean or Clinica Pacifico enough for their help and treatment. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so, while I will be returning for all my future dentistry needs at this practice.
