A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, she brings extensive managerial experience gained during her career in the banking sector, where she developed strong expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. As the driving force behind the clinic’s development, Agnieszka oversees the implementation of the highest standards of patient service, marketing, communication, and team management. Her vision, dedication, and innovative approach have helped transform Nawrocki Clinic into one of the largest and most advanced dental facilities in Poland. Agnieszka was also the primary initiator and coordinator of the clinic’s new state-of-the-art facility, guiding the project from concept to completion. The modern clinic stands as the realization of her vision for the future of dentistry—combining exceptional patient care, cutting-edge technology, and a world-class treatment environment. Dr. Czerwińska is a highly experienced specialist in pediatric dentistry, having graduated from the Medical University of Gdańsk and earned her specialist qualification in 2012. Throughout her career, she has combined advanced clinical expertise with a remarkable ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with her patients, creating a supportive and reassuring treatment environment for both children and adults. Her particular professional passion lies in the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, a condition that increasingly affects patients of all ages. To further develop her expertise in this field, she completed a prestigious three-year program at the Vienna School of Gnathology (VieSID) under the guidance of Professor Rudolf Slavicek. She incorporates state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies into her daily practice, including digital scanners, articulators, and the Cadiax condylograph, enabling highly accurate diagnoses and individually tailored treatment plans. Beyond her clinical knowledge and technical skills, Dr. Czerwińska is especially valued for her calm, empathetic, and attentive approach to patient care. She believes that creating a sense of safety and understanding is an essential part of successful treatment, ensuring that every patient feels heard and comfortable throughout their dental journey. Since the beginning of her professional career, Dr. Czerwińska has been dedicated to caring for children, taking a holistic approach that extends beyond oral health alone. She focuses on supporting the healthy development of the entire child, working closely with physiotherapists and speech therapists to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care tailored to each young patient's needs.

A graduate of the Medical University of Gdańsk with a degree in medicine and dentistry, Dr. Nawrocki is a highly accomplished oral surgeon and implantologist dedicated to delivering advanced, evidence-based dental care. Throughout his career, he has pursued extensive postgraduate training in Poland and internationally, refining his expertise under the mentorship of renowned specialists in implantology and periodontal surgery, including Dr. Marius Steigmann, Dr. Ricardo Kern, Dr. Pedro Rodrigues, Dr. Bernardo Nunes de Sousa, Dr. Jose Carlos Martins da Rosa, and Dr. Federico Tirone. For many years, Dr. Nawrocki served as an academic teacher at the Department of Oral Surgery, where he also completed his specialist training in oral surgery. He currently co-founded the Multidisciplinary Center for Clinical Research Support at the Medical University of Gdańsk, where he actively contributes to research and innovation in the field of dental implantology. Committed to continuous professional development, he completed the prestigious Implantology Curriculum organized by PSI and ICOI in 2017 and earned certification in “Advances in Soft Tissue Graft and Implant Surgery” from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in the United States. His dedication to lifelong learning is reflected in his participation in more than 150 courses, training programs, and scientific symposia covering various disciplines of modern dentistry. Dr. Nawrocki specializes in oral surgery, implantology, and periodontal surgery, combining extensive clinical experience with the latest global advancements to create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans. His goal is to provide patients with the highest standard of care while helping them achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles. He is an active member of several leading professional organizations, including the Polish Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (PTChSiST), the Polish Implantology Association (PSI), the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nawrocki is a devoted father of two daughters and an enthusiastic sailor. A qualified yacht captain, sailing instructor, and lecturer, he enjoys sharing his passion for sailing and spending time on the water whenever possible.
