I arrived 20 minutes early due to my high pain level and they immediately started the appointment process. The front desk staff, Laura, was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. I originally had 3 crowns and 4 veneers done in the UK white shade 2, which didn't match my own teeth so had to change 3 implant crowns 1 basic crown, and 10 lower veneers to make them all white. I chose this clinic purely because of the excellent reviews. We agreed on a price in the clinic, a lot cheaper than the UK and the best materials are used. I was quite nervous, as I was having a lot of work done and didn't know if he was good or bad, this was not a recommendation I was just going on reviews. I had an appointment with Dr Mohd Faiz. I have to say what an excellent dentist he is, he spent 7 hours preparing my teeth, he was very caring and gentle, removing zirconium implants is not an easy job. My teeth look amazing and it was all sorted in a week.
