I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

I arrived 20 minutes early due to my high pain level and they immediately started the appointment process. The front desk staff, Laura, was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

A huge thank you to Dr Benjamin and his team. I am working in Israel and had an abscess on a back tooth which was giving me a lot of pain. I attended Pearl Dental Practice and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Dr Benjamin was reassuring, told me what needed done and sorted out the pain quickly.
