Unident Dr. Benjamín Valle

I needed a root canal with crown and my front teeth were chipped. My husband needed a crown and my daughters had cavities filled and whitening. I wasn't looking forward to having it done because of all of the horror stories I had heard about root canals. The cost of dental work in the states is so expensive we decided to take a family vacation to Puerto Vallarta to have the work done at less than half the price as the states.

I spent hours reading reviews and checking out many clinics in Puerto Vallarta. Dr. Benjamin Valle at Unident came out on top for price, reviews of customers and cleanliness with modern dentistry. The clinic is very clean and more modern facilities than our dentist in the states.They were able to fit our family in during our vacation. English and Spanish are spoken. My root canal was virtually painless! My chipped front teeth were corrected with bonding in a very short time and my crown looks like a natural tooth. My daughters had cleaning, whitening and fillings, their teeth are nice and bright and the fillings are white. Our family would highly recommend Unident for your dental needs, don't worry, they are a great family business located near a beautiful marina.

I had some major work done last year and it's all still in good shape and still pain-free. I came back this year for cleaning and check-up. An excellent Doctor, facility and pricing much less than in the states.

This is my second yearly visit to Dr. Benjamin Valle. He is a wonderful, gentle, and most competent dentist. My wife got a checkup this year also and we'll be back next year. The Unident office is right at the Puerto Vallarta Marina - a short walk from any of the hotels or condos there. He accepts credit cards and US dollars, though we pay with cash in pesos (the cheapest way to go for us).

Even though I am 60, I still had 2 baby molars, which were in bad shape. Dr. Benjamin saw me right away and was very professional. He did say that he doesn’t do the extraction or the implant himself, that a specialist from Guadalajara comes in for that and he will finish up himself in 3 months with abutment and crown.

The surgery went well, I am healing nicely. But, one thing that bothered me was, the surgeon that came Dra Maria, spent the whole procedure talking to the assistant in Spanish. I speak mostly English. The Dra did have an issue with one tooth, involving how big the area was for the implant and the bone is extremely dense on that side. She had to do a lot of extra drilling and digging, which was fine. I just wished she would have stopped her personal conversation long enough to explain to me what was going on. It wasn’t until everything was done and I had to ask what the problem was that she finally talked to me and explained what the issue was.

Appointment to determine why I was experiencing pain in a back tooth. The X-ray showed an infection of the jaw bone. The doctor explained the options and my choice was an extraction and implant replacement. The procedure was painless during my time in the chair. My at home experience was also painless. I took 2 Tylenol and had a restful sleep. My morning was normal without the need of any pills. Cost of this visit of 50 minutes was very reasonable.

Received Straumann (Switzerland Made) implant.
Cost about 50-60% less than in Canada.

Definitively would recommend this clinic to my friend and family.

5 Teeth Pulled plus temporary partial plates

I am extremely pleased with this clinic and with the dentist. He is such a knowledgeable professional and also a very nice human being!

The dentist was on time and very thorough. Six upper front crowns were done and look very real and are strong. Paid exactly what was quoted plus got a night guard free of charge. Everything about dealing with Dr. Valle was top notch. I will be back and will tell all my friends and family visit PV.

abutment and crown

Dr Valle provided an abutment and crown on a tooth implant that had been through earlier stages prior to Mexico. He and his staff are very professional,friendly and he speaks fluent English. Communications via email & phone prior to the appointment left me feeling very comfortable and the treatment itself was careful, looks terrific and my bite is well aligned.. Cost for this process was $1600 USD less than my dentist in the States had quoted me. I needed to come back in as there was a very minor adjustment needed and they were very accommodating in scheduling this on a Sat. right before my flight home. I would feel very comfortable having further work done.

Tooth Extraction, and Bridige Installed

I found Dr. Valle to be outstanding!! He took time to listen to and analyze my problem and then treated it much better than my Dentist back in the US had recommended to me, and at a much lower price besides. If your looking for a good Dentist in Mexico you won't find a better one than Dr. Valle.
