I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

I came from Osceola Iowa USA to the clinic for dentures, but once I talked to Manny and the staff and took a tour of the facility, I decided to go with the full mouth implants. My first appointment my teeth were pulled and the implant studs were put in. The procedure went well and I had very little pain. I went home with temporary dentures that fit great. Six months later I went back to the clinic and had the implants uncapped and fitted for my permanent teeth. Again the appointment went well. I returned home and came back to the clinic after a few weeks. I was fitted with my new implants and am so pleased with the shape and color of the teeth. Every step of the way, the staff was so friendly and went out of the way to make my procedures as painless as possible. The relaxed ambiance of the clinic made me very relaxed also. I can’t say enough of the professionalism and courtesy I was shown throughout my visits. Manny was great to talk too and he explained everything in great detail so I was very confident and relaxed. Easy, quick, competent and personable. I had an exam, an ultrasonic cleaning and had a damaged filling replaced. I sent an email on Monday, they called me within an hour and set an appointment for the next afternoon. It was an easy walk from the border crossing. Great experience.

Dr. Edgar is the best. We have gone to him for some years, long trips from Missouri. He has done much work for us, including many crowns and some implants, as well as bone grafts. My estimate on implants in MO was $46,000-$58,000. When I got to Dr. Edgar, after a thorough examination, he refused to even do implants, saying I did not need them yet, and it would be malpractice to pull all of my teeth at that time. He gave me beautiful teeth for $5600. Over the years since, my husband and I have had additional implants, and we are extremely satisfied with Dr. Edgar.
