Upon arrival in Cancun, I was warmly welcomed by Carlos, whose kindness extended throughout my stay, including daily transportation arrangements. The clinic's thoughtfulness was further evident in their arrangement and coverage of my hotel stay. The surgical procedure, performed by the exceptionally skilled Dr. Juan, was smooth and reassuring, especially for someone with a deep-seated fear of dental work. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Enrique, was incredible. Dr. Maria's creation of a temporary prosthetic was equally impressive, demonstrating her expertise and sensitivity. Even when I faced post-procedure complications back home, David Garcia's prompt and thorough responses to my queries exemplified outstanding patient support. My return visit in January was pivotal. Dr. Maria's meticulous work in placing new caps and implants transformed not only my smile but also my confidence. Her gentle approach significantly eased my dental anxieties. The seamless coordination between surgeons, doctors, customer care staff, and their in-house laboratory was remarkable. This holistic, in-house approach contributed to a flawless and efficient experience. Special thanks to Liz, Karen, and Maria's assistant, Vianey for their unparalleled support. Their dedication was a key component of what I can only describe as the best medical experience of my life, achieved at a fraction of the US cost. Dr. Nava and his staff, Eva, Astrid, Dr. Stephanie are awesomely amazing from start to finish. 5-star treatment, they take you everywhere you need to go to and from the clinic, the store, the airport, I didn’t have to think about anything but my treatment, what an excellent experience! Dr Nava is precise and methodical in every step of your treatment, he explains everything to you and does amazing work. He is truly one of the best dentists on this planet !! After talking with many Dentists in Cancun, I found LuDentistry to be a very knowledgeable practice. I had my full mouth of Zirconia crowns done very fast while on vacation. She has the best price on zirconia crowns I have ever seen. I highly recommend you giving her your first attempt if not your second. She is the best we have found.

I am nearly done with my implant journey, in the middle of my last appointments for the final fitting of my teeth. I am having both arches done and so choosing a dentist was a big decision. Even bigger was a decision to come to Mexico to have the work done, instead of Los Angeles, where I'm from, which is well known for camera-ready smiles. It was the best decision I could have made on every front. I have been amazed at the professional expertise at every step. This is a high-functioning and top-notch office of doctors, surgeons and staff who are all extremely knowledgeable, practised and talented. All speak English fluently and have made me feel comfortable every step of the way, from the front staff organizing my transportation to appointments, the nurses tucking me into my hotel after surgery, or the design staff working with me to design the perfect smile, for me. On top of that, I spent tens of thousands of dollars less, even when including the price of transportation from LA and staying at all Inclusive resorts. Also, a cherry on the cake is the One Line Beauty clinic upstairs, although not affiliated with, Cancun Dental Design, just as a professional and economical opportunity for some filler, skin treatments, etc if you so wish. If you're on the fence... I'm telling you, these are businesses you can trust. It's clear from the many dental emergencies I see walking into the office that the area hotels also trust them enough to refer their patrons to this office as well. 5 stars. 10/10.
