New Patient Dental Examination Bukit Petaling

I needed to get a filling done on a Sunday and went to the internet to find one that was close by. I’m very happy with the results and the price was okay. Like any other customer, I’d always want a cheaper price, but for the location, cleanliness and service, it was worth the money. The clinic gave me a follow-up call, as per our agreement, but I had to reschedule because I was not in the country at the time. I told them I’d call once I was ready to return. I can’t pinpoint any one highlight of the treatment. However, they were quite informative, e.g. they told me about the 45-60 minute waiting period, this gave me time to go and have a cup of coffee instead of waiting there. The communication was great, the place was clean and professional. Staff was friendly too.

This clinic is really nice and they made me feel so comfortable. The doctor is professional and the staff are friendly. Very efficient service from the reception, to the treatment room and at the end for the billing. It has been so many years that I have visited the dentist I can't really remember when I did my last teeth scaling and see the dentist. Today I'm here at the Signature Dental Clinic, I can feel and see the new evolution of modern advanced technology in this dental practice.
