I didn't actually get an appointment but took the chance to walk in. Upon explaining my situation I was seen and attended to promptly. Very happy with the consultation.

I had my fillings done here because Dr. Bala is my regular dentist. He’s very good and he actually explains everything he’s doing step by step. The staff are always so friendly and the environment is okay too. I was given the price after the procedure - it was good value. Dr. Bala is an excellent dentist.

This dental clinic is strongly recommended by my brother to pay a visit here. I definitely agreed with other comments that this is ever the best dentist in pj and kl area. Friendly and very obliging doctor. He will slowly explained bone condition for an implant after the x-ray. He listened then recommends his best solutions yet did not push us to conclude deals. I extracted 4 lower teeth and hardly felt any pain during injection and extraction. One week later went for drilling for an implant and also no pain. No need to take any pain killer given even after the next day.

I needed to get a filling done on a Sunday and went to the internet to find one that was close by. I’m very happy with the results and the price was okay. Like any other customer, I’d always want a cheaper price, but for the location, cleanliness and service, it was worth the money. The clinic gave me a follow-up call, as per our agreement, but I had to reschedule because I was not in the country at the time. I told them I’d call once I was ready to return. I can’t pinpoint any one highlight of the treatment. However, they were quite informative, e.g. they told me about the 45-60 minute waiting period, this gave me time to go and have a cup of coffee instead of waiting there. The communication was great, the place was clean and professional. Staff was friendly too.
