I've made a teeth check-up appointment with a dentist. She checked with me what to do with my teeth first before she started her job. And she asked me to give a signal to her by thumbing up when drastic pain is felt during the process. Soon after she started to 'clean' my teeth in a way that I feel comfortable with. It gives me a professional service in handling customer concerns when 'problematic' teeth are identified with a chart that needs to do teeth filling. The charges are fairly good and worth it for such a good service.

Dr Sindhu Kumar was exactly the type of dentist I was looking for. She is very precise and listened to your problems while having several suggestions and options. I needed to get a filling done on a Sunday and went to the internet to find one that was close by. I’m very happy with the results and the price was okay. Like any other customer, I’d always want a cheaper price, but for the location, cleanliness and service, it was worth the money. The clinic gave me a follow-up call, as per our agreement, but I had to reschedule because I was not in the country at the time. I told them I’d call once I was ready to return. I can’t pinpoint any one highlight of the treatment. However, they were quite informative, e.g. they told me about the 45-60 minute waiting period, this gave me time to go and have a cup of coffee instead of waiting there. The communication was great, the place was clean and professional. Staff was friendly too.
