Hi, Gate Clinic Galway is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team on duty was very professional, gentle, and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on and what to do in order to keep my teeth healthy. Jeannis was so courteous and very kind. She got me the appointment so quickly and assisted me to fill out the form. Hygienist Blaithin did a great job with my teeth, she took her time, and didn't rush. Nurse Patricia was very attentive and friendly. The end result was impeccable. They made me fell comfortable. They all showed excellent consumer service. I'm definitely coming back so soon. The clinic was very clean by the way. Highly recommended

Excellent service from Dr. Nicholas O'Kane and his team. They are highly professional and friendly at the same time. Dr. Nicholas, always goes the extra mile for his patients and provides the highest standard of care. My daughter and I currently have braces and we are seeing excellent results only after a few months of having them fitted. I can't recommend the practice highly enough.

I just wanted to thank to Dr Chris for his excellent work on my very complicated set of teeth. I had a denture very wavy and uneven made somewhere else before and I could never use it, giving me trouble eating and chewing anything. I was very upset because if it when I finally found Shields Dental Clinic accidentally online. Dr Chris offered me to refurbish this existing but not working denture. He went up and down, sacrificed his own time to make sure that it will be perfect for me. He actually made gold from nothing and now it fits so well that I keep forgetting that it is not my own. I am so happy I found this clinic and I would not change it for any other ones. All staff members are very kind and professional and I know that I am in the best hands. This was a consultation only. Clinic met high COVID standards. Receptionist friendly & helpful. Orthodontist explained clearly his findings & made his recommendations. He was professional with an excellent manner towards his patient. Building well laid out & nicely maintained. Please note Faolán is a minor. * Not enough time is given to respond to a phone call seeking verification.

From the beginning, all the staff were incredibly kind and caring. Any questions or queries I had along the way were answered and anytime anything needed to be fixed it was done in a very timely manner. Overall, my two years with Dr. Gordon and his staff were very pleasant and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for braces or any sort of orthodontic care.
