I had a full dental examination, X-rays, Advice re a bridge that had broken, and was fully clean. Absolutely incredible dental care experience from Dr Colbert today. It felt as if my humble tooth was being aesthetically attended to by the hands of a friendly, medically expert, enormously experienced and caring fine artist…( the treatment involved the bonding of a veneer onto a horrid exposed root on a tooth whose lifespan we wish to extend as much as possible). I massively appreciated the high level of communication and explanation throughout every aspect of this and other recent treatments. I consider myself blessed to have my pearly whites in Dr Colbert’s care, particularly in relation to her observations of and sensitivity to my own personal needs. Beautiful and calming clinic. I chose them because they were 30 to 35% cheaper than the 2 other quotes I got and the reviews were really good. At my consultation, the plan was set out, with the time scale & a quote offering a choice to pay in stages or in full with a 10% discount (which I took). I also got €800 back from Revenue. I’m a nervous patient with gum disease. Due to Covid, it had been nearly a year since my last visit to the hygienist. I was expecting pain and discomfort and the usual lecture. Well, I was wrong.. Shauna, the hygienist, was amazing… I got pain-free but thoroughly clean and polished. The usual advice was delivered in sympathetic, non-hectoring tones. I’ll be back!
