Very nice dentist. Very patient and kind.

I went in with very sore tooth that was from a root canal done by another dentist that had relapsed due to bad work. They looked and identify the problem and rectified the problem by having to fix the bad work done elsewhere. Great friendly staff, very helpful and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

exam cleaning and fillinh I am such a nervous patient having had a bad experience when I was younger. I was having a lot of trouble with a tooth and decided to get it seen to before it got worse. I was terrified attending the appointment. James was excellent, he put me completely at ease the minute I walked into the surgery. The treatment itself was completely painless and James assured me with a small bit of work, we could fix the rest of my teeth and maintain them quite easily. Needless to say I was so relieved. His staff were so friendly and made the whole experience a lot easier than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend James and his practice for anyone that has had a bad experience or just a fear of the dentist.

I am a very nervous patient and recently visited Niall Cronin at Devon Park Dental. Niall is fantastic dentist, very gentle and information. I will return and have further treatment with Niall and would highly recommend him.

Had phobia 're dentist's but daughter getting married soon and teeth were a shambles. Turns out I need 12 extractions , some fillings and dentures . From the moment I walked in they couldn't be more professional from reception to nurse and dentist. I got so relaxed that they were able to start work straight away but more importantly couldn't be more helpful in putting together a plan that would have me with a "Big Smile) at my Daughter's wedding. But here's the kicker, for Value for Money I'd give them 10 Out of 10 very very reasonable for the service delivered. It won't be 35 years to my next appointment just before I got married.

Last Friday Feb 26th I spent a few hours in the Clinic having an eye procedure. The first lady I met was Debbie in the office wonderful lady next I met nurses Nooreen Mary and Diane a Kiwi what lovely ladies. Next was Dr Chen and his excellent staff thank you all so much for wonderful care Liam o Leary. P's would definitely tell a friend. A great experience. I choose the Galway clinic because I wanted to have Dr Chen to do the eye procedure also a lot a lot of my friends had attended there for treatment. As I described above the impression I brought away from there was excellent the lady in the check in area was so helpful also I was a bit nervous and the staff I mentioned made me relax so much I nearly forgot to mention Dr Chen secretaries who were also very kind Marie and Angela.

I had two cleanings due to gums in a bad condition. The cleanings were exceptional and cost a total of 280 (I needed an hour on each side). I was given instructions to follow after each session on how to help the healing processes and was encouraged to ask any questions I may have. It was well worth the money for the level of care provided. My experience was brilliant. The hygienist I saw was Sinead Nolan, who I would highly recommend to anyone on the more anxious side when it comes to dental visits. She was very welcoming and possessed the ability to hold any conversation the patient may have or if they are feeling more anxious helped them focus on keeping their breathing level. She was very good at giving the patient time to relax if they seemed over stimulated by the procedure. Reminded me I could raise my hand at any time if I needed a break. The treatment and aftercare felt completely tailored to my needs. The overall experience made going back a lot less daunting.
