The best dentist experience I've had so far! When I made the appointment, the lady who took the call proactively checked my eligibility for a government subsidy that resulted in me getting a checkup for free and a heavy discount on cleaning. Brilliant and patient-focused service! The appointment itself was also amazing, really gentle and the Dr. explained all the steps of the procedure which really put me at ease. It was clear throughout that number 1 priority was my well being and not money, as I was also advised against an invasive operation another dentist (back in Germany) had previously recommended and which turned out to not be medically beneficial at all at this point. I can only recommend this dentist!

I needed extensive work (extraction, bridge, crowns, and fillings). From my first consultation with Dr Paul I was impressed with his attention and care and the time taken to explain the process to me. He was kind and caring during treatment and asks "are you ok". Every effort was made to keep me relaxed. I received a follow-up call on the evening after my procedure to check on my progress. It was reassuring to know that Dr Paul was only a phone call away. He was most accommodating. I highly recommend Dr Paul and all the staff at Quay Dental who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

I got my teeth whitened here and I am delighted with the results. Such a professional dentist I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome in this practice.

I went in with very sore tooth that was from a root canal done by another dentist that had relapsed due to bad work. They looked and identify the problem and rectified the problem by having to fix the bad work done elsewhere. Great friendly staff, very helpful and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I am so happy to see Oonagh back again, such a professional and safe and environment. I felt so protected during my first post COVID experience in such a clean practice, with every measure possible put in place to maintain a safe working environment for patients and staff. In addition, the treatment by Dr Oonagh O Regan is so gentle and skilled, you could forget you are in a dentist's chair. I hope and pray that we are never denied this essential service again. I couldn't recommend Gillian (who works at Rdent as the hygienist) enough! I hadn't been to the dentist for years, and so I was all the more apprehensive when I had to go for a deep clean six months ago. The treatment lasted a whole hour, and it was absolutely pain free, Gillian is so gentle, and so skilled: I didn't think my teeth could look that good ever again! She also gave me very valuable advice regarding the aftercare. Today I went for a regular clean up, and again I am really happy with the great level of care and the fantastic result! The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly :)
