Dr. Raj Kumar Takkar graduated from Govt. Dental College in 1985 and has been providing his valuable services since the past 27 years.
He was conferred Fellowship by the International college of Dentist (FICD), USA in 1999.
In 2000, he was awarded as one of THE BEST CITIZENS of INDIA.
He has been working as Joint secretary in Bharat Vikas Parishad, Panchkula.

He is presently the Honorary Secretary, IDA Panchkula for many years as well as Honorary Secretary, IDA Haryana state branch.
He has been President IDA, Panchkula.
He served as the President IDA, Haryana state branch.
He worked as most worshipful Master of Grand Lodge of upper INDIA.
He was the Executive member of Dental Practitioner Society,(Regd.) Chandigarh.
He attended many national and international conferences.
