Dr. Stein facilitated one of the best and miraculous professional experiences i have ever had.
I am a Canadian flight attendant who needed a zirconium (metal-free) implant, & since this type is not available at home, i had to have it done in Germany.
After months of dealing with a dentist in DUS which brought complications & delays, i realised that i needed to broaden my horizons, as i was at the 11th hour of a very strict timeline. However, I realised that my last minute need, at that point, would be very difficult to fulfill....
Dr. Stein responded immediately, & clearly stated the possibilities and caveats of the situation (in a way i had not even understood in the months of correspondence with the other dentist), & he agreed to work with the parts of 2 days, all within a short 24 hours period which i had available in Germany the following week, despite his very busy patient schedule and being the only dentist available during the particular day of the proposed/actual procedure.
On the first day, I had a short consult, in which he came up with a super skilled & creative solution (after warning me of the risks & giving me the clear info i needed to make my decision). On the second, he performed the procedure--miraculously, within 3 hours, he singlehandedly executed all necessary to maximize chances of success. And all at a very reasonable fee. He actually got me out of the office even earlier than promised, even giving me a bit of time to relax before my flight. So within 24 hours, he consulted me, initiated & completed the complicated procedure...
I am tempted to save all my dental work for Dr. Stein, even though he is a continent away! He is one of the best dentists in the world!
