From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I was at the clinic for a dental implant (single stage) and I must say that the doctors demonstrated a high level of competence. Their expertise and professionalism was evident throughout the procedure. I am really pleased with the overall experience and positive outcome of the dental implant. I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

I had a nose job done by Dr Atsal almost 2 years ago for cosmetic purposes. He has been extremely helpful, friendly and caring throughout! The hospital stay was very comfortable with good facilities and under the care of a highly professional team covering all your needs and keeping you updated. It made me feel safe and engaged as Dr Atsal answered all my questions during the consultation, via mobile and before/after the procedure -he has been always there for me. My nose healed very quickly -within a couple of weeks the procedure signs were unnoticeable as the swelling disappeared. Also, Nobody could tell I had a nose job done as it looked very natural. I did not experience any complications. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results and recommend Dr Atsal to all my friends who fancy a change. So happy that I prefer you

The driver pick me up from the hotel to attend the appointment and dropped me off the hotel after the appointment. I have 7 teeth exacted and 9 implants done. The operation went well so far despite the pain. I can't wait to go back to have my Permanent crowns done this October. I would be pleased if Umut Dental Clinic could pay me some money to cover the cost of my hotel accommodation and airport transfer for my first visit.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. I had a previous upper Bleph that left me with scars/indents on my upper Lid. After intensive research, various consultations and even a trip to the USA was mostly told to not undergo another surgery since there was not enough skin to fix the scarring-/ so I was told. Then I found Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic, right after the first video consultation she gave me a calm reassuring feeling. I decided to undergo the revision with her and travelled from Germany to Antalya. Upon meeting her for the consultation she thoroughly explained what she planned on doing and also listened to my concerns and answered all questions. On the day of surgery, everything went well, she and the Medhera Health team made sure I was taken care of and made me feel at peace doing the procedure. We stayed in constant communication during my stay in Turkey before she removed the suturing. It's been over a week now since the surgery, I'm still healing but I can tell by the suturing that I will barely have any scarring. I cannot thank Dr Elif enough for restoring my eyes and confidence again. Not only is this woman well skilled in her expertise but she actually cares about her patients and exudes that warmth. I am forever grateful to her.

He really takes care to do his job right and excellent. I won’t fort his assistant too. It was a beautiful young woman, very professional too. Orhan is the person I talked to, when I found Perla on Facebook. This guy gets good communication, he’s very professional in what he’s doing. He doesn’t lie, he’s serious. Orhan and I become 2 brothers. Leaving the USA to come in Antalya is a very long flight. Honestly, I don’t regret contacting Perla. The personnel is very professional. About the hotel, they take of you. Pick you up at the airport and drop you off. It’s really amazing. I am trying to write down a review since few days now, but whatever I'll be writing, it will not describe enough the great experience I had with Dr Kubra and her Team: Angel & Can. Dr Kubra, Angel and Can are humans with big hearts, very professional and the best dentists I ever met. The treatment journey was all conducted thoroughly, efficiently, painlessly and smoothly with an indescribable level of professionalism. I've received excellent treatment with an unbelievable result at the end of the journey. I got back my smile of my 20s (Bridges, Root canal and Zirconia crowns) ... looks like they knew me and knew how my original teeth looked like. What is sure is ... only Dr Kubra and her team are allowed to touch my mouth from now on until the last day of my life. The Lycian Clinic is absolutely the best clinic in Turkey. I was faced with serious dental problems and found my salvation right there. When I turned to the Lycian Clinic for consultation, I received all the necessary information about my treatment and implant installation. With a detailed explanation and a clear program plan, I immediately received the exact price. After thorough research, I discovered that the Lycian Clinic is extremely reliable, with a license from the Turkish Ministry of Health, which was of great importance to me. The first treatment, which lasted 5 days, included implant installation and preparation of other teeth for a Hollywood smile. After 4 months, when the implants had healed, I visited the clinic again where they placed zirconium crowns on me, the result was my most beautiful Hollywood smile. The doctors are top-notch in the field of dental prosthetics and surgery, and the clinic is at an exceptionally high level, just like all their services, including VIP transportation from the airport to their hotel, translators, and all other employees at the Lycian Clinic.
