The whole process went exceptionally smoothly, thanks to an amazing team who really went above and beyond. The level of helpfulness and friendliness of the team was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I was at the clinic for a dental implant (single stage) and I must say that the doctors demonstrated a high level of competence. Their expertise and professionalism was evident throughout the procedure. I am really pleased with the overall experience and positive outcome of the dental implant. I visited Clinic Prime Istanbul recently from the 3rd of March to the 10th of March 2024 for the purpose of having a Hollywood smile. My teeth were in a bad condition but Doctor Gül made my dream come true. He listened to me and explained every step of the process. I have had 28 zirconium crowns placed on top of my shaved teeth and now my smile looks brighter than ever and my gum is healing. Zehra, Ali, and the girls were all very helpful and attentive. I had 2 implants done, an extraction and a bone graft/sinus lift on my upper jaw at the back of my mouth. They first gave me an x-ray and then a consultation on the work that needed to be done. I was very surprised at how quickly and efficiently they were in completing the treatments I needed. Definitely value for money. I was very impressed with the place, very clean as expected and they were using all the up-to-date equipment on their customers. The whole procedure was done like clockwork from entering the building initially then to fill in certain paperwork, xrays, pictures taken, consultation, treatment and then given medication and be on your way. No sitting down waiting on certain things, you was literally in one thing and then moved onto the next stage (well impressed with their system) I was then back in a few days later for a precautionary check-up. Can't wait to be back in around 5 months' time for my new crowns. Accommodation by them was a nice hotel too. From Vahap the translator/customer coordinator explained the process step by step, to the doctors who were very professional in their work and anil the driver who transferred you to n from the airport, hotel and clinic I can't thank you all enough. I know I'd make the right choice going with the pearl clinic. See you in the summer.

Can't recommend this place highly enough I had a full set of crowns fitted. Very efficient, so pleased with results. I've always been hesitant to smile because my teeth were crooked and discoloured. Now I can't stop smiling. I was collected at the airport taken to the hotel, which I must add was very good as well. Staff at hotel couldn't do enough for you. Was collected early the next day taken to the clinic, Xrays, consultation then down to business, was painless after the anaesthetic kicked in was there about 6 hours while they grinded my teeth down and took impressions etc. I was then taken back to the hotel and had the next couple of days free to myself. Was collected on the Monday for first fit of new teeth, a few minor alterations were required which is normal so I was the taken back to the hotel to return the next day again on the Tuesday. The dentist was not completely satisfied how they looked so she sent them back to the technician. Wednesday I was back in the clinic where they were cemented into place. I then had the Thursday free to myself again before returning Friday for check up and photos . Saturday morning was collected and taken to the airport. The staff at the clinic were so friendly although they sometimes struggled with English they did their best to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. In summary if you are thinking of using this clinic then do not hesitate, they're fantastic. Thank you to the team for making it a great experience.

I am really pleased with my new smile. I was able to choose the shape of my new teeth as well as the shade, ranging from brightest white, to a very natural shade. All transfers from the airport and to and from the clinic were provided. The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble!! Would definitely recommend!
