I first went to Izmir to have veneers fitted in 2007 and they lasted me until this year (2022) when the ageing process of shrinking gums etc dictated it was time to renew them. The dentist I saw in 2007 was not available, so I did some research and found West Dent Dental Clinic. I contacted their practice and had many WhatsApp chats with their staff who were always ready to answer any queries I had. I was researching three potential clinics, but chose West Dent based on feedback and price. I arrived in Izmir, using Turkish Airlines, late evening and was met by Cavit, who was my driver and point of contact for the duration of my stay. I attended the busy practice the next day (chauffeured by Cavit) and met the lovely English interpreter and the equally lovely and knowledgeable young lady dentist- unfortunately I do not know their names, but the dentist who treated me was named ‘Spring’ as an English translation. She quickly and efficiently removed my old veneers (I had the front six replaced). The operation was not painful, but was a bit uncomfortable. I was repeatedly offered anaesthetic if I felt I needed it. Once the old veneers were removed, my teeth were cleaned and impressions taken for the technician to work to. My veneers are porcelain. I went back two days later for a fitting. I had arranged to stay In Izmir for ten days so I could have a short break as well as dental treatment. When my new veneers were fitted I felt they were too large and before I could say anything, the dentist removed them from my mouth and immediately said she was not happy with them. She then took new impressions for a further set of veneers to be made. There was no fuss or drama, she wasn’t prepared to accept what, she considered to be, not good enough. As I said, I had 10 days in Izmir, so I had plenty of time to wait for the replacements. When the new veneers arrived they were a perfect fit, but very straight. I have an unusually large overbite and wanted them slightly shorter and slightly uneven. This the dentist achieved for me once they were cemented in. All my experiences at West Dent Clinic were positive. The staff were happy and obliging, nothing was too much trouble - would I recommend them? Yes, I definitely would. Some advice I would give is that if you are coming to West Dent for treatment, you should be prepared to be flexible with your appointment times. This is a busy dental practice subject to the dental needs and emergencies of their local patients. I had my appointment time changed a few times, but I was given plenty of notice and, as I was being collected, it made no difference to me. Once again, I would thoroughly recommend the staff and treatment I received at West Dent Clinic. Thank you lovely team-I think about you every time I smile.With kindest regards to you all.

It is always difficult to decide who you will trust to carry out any alterations on your body, let alone when your teeth and smile are concerned! A good friend had researched the many Dental Clinics in Turkey via the internet last year and, as a result, he decided to have his teeth repaired by Dentapoint, in Izmir. He had a total of 26 crowns fit and the results looked amazing! Knowing this gave me the complete confidence to proceed with the repairs and improvements, which I had wanted to get done for many years. I contacted Dentapoint via email and very quickly I was in contact with a representative who informed me of the process, accommodation, timings, prices etc. I sent off photographs of my teeth as requested, and after being given a quote, I quickly made the decision to proceed. I booked flights with Pegasus from London Stansted to Izmir and within a week I was on my way; yes that quick! On arrival at the airport (late evening), I was met and greeted by the private driver and taken directly to the hotel to check-in. The Doubletree Hilton is not only an excellent hotel, but it is very conveniently next door to the recent addition to Datapoint’s’ clinics; they now have three in Izmir. Full instructions were given prior to, and on arrival, as to when I was required to attend the clinic. I was met in the hotel lobby on the morning of Day 1 treatment day by the representative ‘Dogan’ and shown where to go. The staff at the clinic reception were very welcoming, helpful, and pleasant and this remained the case throughout my visit. After registration, (passport details copied, documentation signed, payment made) I was quickly taken to a booth for the required X-rays and 3D imagery. Then, with no time wasted, I was in the dental chair! Dentapoint Clinic occupies a very modern and extremely clean building and is equipped with the latest in State-of-the-Art technology! The Cosmetic Dentist, Mahmut Boran and his assistant Cansel, are clearly very experienced, very pleasant, and their professional approach to taking care of me quickly added to the confidence; previously established. Dogan was in attendance throughout to assist with translation, and he provided me with useful information on the procedure. My dental work consisted of a complete set of crowns, replacing some real ugly veneers and caps I’d had done over a period of 20+ years. It also included replacing a bridge and gaps with four implants and root fillings. For this amount of work, mainly the implants, it meant I would have to return after a minimum of three months to have the ‘finishing touches’ carried out. The results: SIMPLY AMAZING! I am extremely happy with my ‘new set of gnashers’ and they look very natural. The colour was my choice, I did not want my teeth to look bright white and fake (attracting questions from people) so what was fit matched perfectly to my original vision. I am gradually getting used to smiling confidently again and just love the new look! One thing that must also be stressed in this review is just how sincere, helpful, and friendly the Turkish people are; and this does not just apply to the staff at Dentapoint! Everyone I met during my two visits to Izmir (a total of 11 days) was pleasant and displayed happiness and contentment. The Doubletree Hilton Hotel also deserves credit, and this will be done in a separate review, as the accommodation, food and staff were all way above the average to which I am accustomed to in the United Kingdom and many other parts of the world. Finally, and trust me that I would not say this if it was not warranted, if you are thinking about having your smile back then look no further. I would thoroughly recommend Dentapoint, Izmir. The complete package, from start to finish was extremely professional and the result exceeded my expectations! On a personal note, to Dentapoint: Please keep up the good work and don’t lose that friendliness and charm you all have, it is a quality that should be envied by many!

Hi I have just visited Zirve dental in Marmaris I had crowns, implants, root canal. I received excellent treatment from start to finish. I was treated amazingly was well looked after. They would check up on me every morning and night time to see how I was doing did I have any pain did I need anything even when I came back to England they would txt me to see how I was. I can not recommend Zirve enough. Thank you guys.

I’m so impressed with that clinic! I’ve been in a few countries in dentist clinics and this one is the best from reception to dentist. The team is amazing and very professional! The lady Ruken is so friendly and helpful, she was helping us with all information even on late evening on WhatsApp! Dentist Oguzhan so quickly sorted out my problem that 2 dentists before couldn’t! Explain everything during the treatment and answered all questions! It was so lovely that me and my husband during our holiday could sort out our teeth so quickly and comfortable! The doctor who did my treatment is highly qualified and experienced. She did surgery and cleaned my teeth. I need to come again for 2nd treatment in a few months' time. Cost can be 25% higher than the estimated cost due to the tax and other administrative cost.

I travelled from Liverpool UK with my fiancé had my top crowns done at this wonderful dentist. I hated my teeth due to crowding. I am so happy with the result. Totally straight lovely white teeth. I was happy from consultation through to finish. The staff are so warm and friendly and explain everything throughout. Very reasonable prices too. 10/10.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

This clinic is amazing. Very modern clinic and excellent customer service. Well recommended to anyone who needs any work done. I had front 4 teeth denture made within my weeks holiday. Price was excellent and the dentures were really good

We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

I am very happy with the treatment. I had 2 zirconium crowns and a filling. Dr. Ziya is very professional. He explained well the treatment plan and he is very approachable. I did not feel any pain or discomfort during and after the treatment and I am so happy with the outcome. The 2 zirconium crowns that I have looks so natural, the same colour as my other teeth. The clinic is hi-tech and all of the staff are very helpful. Very well recommended, to do a dental treatment while on your nice holiday.
