Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

It has been 8 years since I moved to Belgium and he is the first doctor I have fully trusted. Because he is very good at his job, very friendly and speaks English at the same time. The clinic is also very hygienic which was another criteria for me. To conclude, it was a pleasure meeting him and from now on, I will be his patient.

The clinic contacted me quickly and offered an appointment- a car was sent to the hotel and Heidi was there to greet us. On arrival you are asked to wear shoe protectors to avoid any cross-contamination I had an OPG panoral X-ray taken and a quick examination this cost £20. I said I had a molar tooth where the composite had worn away and needed renewing and the dentist confirmed - there was no decay and it was one surface of the tooth - occlusal and I was told this would cost £80 this was due to new pricing fixed by the government (the price would be the same if I had needed an injection, my tooth had been decayed and if the filling covered several surfaces and needed built up using clamps ie a more time-consuming procedure) I was also offered a scale and polish for £80 which I declined. My oral health is pretty good and as there is very little plaque my dentist at home would normally do this in with the price of a filling. The filling I had was what I would expect done in the UK - the previous composite was removed and re-etched then a new composite inserted using ultraviolet light to set the filling. Quick and painless. I asked to have my X-ray emailed to me which they did straight away and Heidi brought us back to the hotel and was even kind enough to drop us off at a pharmacy on the way back. I would definitely use this practice again. Clean and efficient and most of all informative every step of the way.

Almost full 2 arches completed with implants. Very happy with the result. I can eat and smile again after many years of not being able to. No question was too much. Am very grateful to Laura and all for a job well done.

I have had two implants and crowns fitted due to losing my front two main teeth and I could not get used to having the pallet the change is unbelievable my mouth feels back to normal and getting rid of the pallet feels fantastic. In my opinion, the price was very good as they only use the best materials Nobel Biocare dental implants and Zirconia crowns. I used Crooke & Laguna dental clinic after carrying out a lot of research when I have seen how highly qualified the dentists are especially in implantology I knew this was the right clinic for me. I can not praise the Crooke & Laguna dental clinic highly enough from start to finish the treatment and service has been superb the whole team are very friendly and helpful especially the help and guidance I received through the booking of my appointment/treatment with Virginia and Tula who was fantastic and very patient with helping me get everything sorted thankyou. The first day of my 3-week European vacation I chipped my tooth which was just fixed the day before. The porcelain teeth were manufactured in the clinic's lab and I must say that she has regained her smiling confidence again. Truly good value for money! Dr Teodora is a very pleasant lady . She was very professional and full of knowledge. She took time to advise me on the pros and cons of treatment. I came initially for a tooth whitening session which I have never had before. After further consultation, she agreed that what I need to do is tooth cleaning . She was very honest and polite and very welcoming. I will highly recommend . Clinic very neat and impressive and all treatment reasonably priced considering the consultation and the change of plan.

Would definitely recommend for orthodontics treatment. I did a lot of research on both Invisalign vs Sparks and also which doctor I wanted to work with. The team was great Cristiana accommodated me very quickly, I really trust Dr Lydia, very smooth and straightforward process, and also very reasonably priced compared to others I had researched.

I was so impressed with this practice. The reception was super friendly and helpful. I was in and back out efficiently and had received my X-rays (which was why I was there) by email before I left the office. The practice is modern and immaculately clean. Their prices are excellent, as well. This was a great experience!

I came to this dentist just after the start of lockdown when my own NHS dentist ruined my bridge at the front. I looked into having implants and came for a consultation. Dr Hamid was fantastic and listened to what I wanted. I had a 3D scan and treatment plan drawn up. I had to have a bone transplant due to my jaw bone density not being sufficient enough for the implant. I have had 4 teeth replaced at the front following a childhood accident that has haunted me all my life. Dr Hamid his assistant and receptionist can not do enough for you. My treatment has finished and I am so happy I can smile again with confidence. I will not go anywhere else. If you thinking about implants or cosmetic dental surgery without a doubt they are the best. Not pushy, listen to you, kind and caring. Absolutely fantastic!!

I had the most wonderful experience when having my dental treatment at Doctor Boneva clinic in June 2023. First of all - the process of booking and the level of communication was excellent. They speak several languages and their English is really good. The other thing that impressed me is the design, interior and level of hygiene- everything is arranged in a way that a patient feels comfortable and confident. I had two procedures - a reconstruction of a tooth with zirconia crown and an implant. These were done with the highest professional care and no pain whatsoever. I will definitely come again to this clinic in the future and I gladly recommend it to other patients.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .
