Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

Lovely clinic, clean and the staff are all friendly. I had trauma as a child and had missing teeth. After wearing a plate for a few years after having surgery to remove old veneer and roots I decided whilst on holiday to have a bridge and crowns fitted here. The price was brilliant to what it would cost in the UK 🇬🇧. I was picked up from my hotel for a free consultation and dropped back off. Then the driver transported me to each appointment and back for a reasonable price. We had laughs using Google translate to communicate. Any pain and discomfort were dealt with immediately. Overall experience was excellent. My smile is ace and I am now the owner of a plate with fake teeth attached to use as party tricks 🤣🤣😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 thank you x x x x x

Laura and her team were excellent. Professional, friendly and efficient. I had a root canal with crown and 3 fillings all carried out to a very high standard. Thier diagnostics and scanning equipment along with attention to detail surpass anything I have experienced in UK. Highly recommend.

Outstanding from start had dental implants all on the top jaw and two on the bottom have to return in October for a final smile when the bone has healed. Amazing treatment - totally pain-free even after surgery I had no pain at all.

I did a lot of comparison shopping in an effort to find a cure for the long-lasting dental issues I had. I looked for affordable dental clinics in Europe, and to my surprise Vedra clinic was at the top of the list of the best dental clinics in Bulgaria. I'm a live testament to that, and I'll use it in this review. I had a mouth full of problems, such as exposed roots, worn crowns, gum disease, and tooth decay. I first sent pictures and x-rays, and I received a treatment plan and price. It took me two trips and extensive endodontic work on my teeth to have 26 teeth capped. Thanks to the dentist, who has a well-rounded experience I was able to leave Bulgaria with a big white smile! Kudos Vedra, you rock!

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. Everyone is really friendly & puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. They talk through everything & explain x-rays & treatment plans, & ensure you are happy with it. Not pushy at all & listen to you & what the issue is.

Hi, I have found Dental Centre to be people-oriented with a friendly outgoing staff. They have been very professional, with a modern, very clean facility, timely appointments, and backed up with follow-up through texts. I would heartily recommend them.

I was terrified about having a large abscessed tooth removed when I arrived at Smilekind in Boscombe. As soon as I arrived my surgeon, Dr. Bilal Fazil, came out shook my hand, and asked if I liked cricket. Odd, but what a different way to relax a clearly anxious patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in a language I understood and continually reassured me it would all be fine. The injections of anesthetic were given painlessly and before I had even realized what was happening Dr. Bilal was showing me the extracted tooth. I needed some stitches, but again this was painless and not uncomfortable at all. He and his nurse Sarah, who kept talking and reassuring me were just amazing and I cannot praise them enough. If like me you are fearful of the dentist you really don't need to be or have anything to fear with these two. You really will be pleasantly surprised and leave a lot less stressed than when you arrived. I did!

I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .
