Sterilization: Sterilization is done according to the ADA (American dental association) regulations. After patient treatment, all instruments are carefully cleaned then immersed in sidex solution for about 12 hours to be primary sterilized and to dissolve any living tissues on the instruments, then all instruments are washed and sterilized without packing under high heat & vapor pressure, finally after instruments cools, all instruments are packed and sterilized again by high heat & vapor
